Group Buys
- What is a group buy? Group Buys are a method of sale similar to a pre-order. Payments are collected ahead of time in order to submit a bulk order to a manufacturer for production. Due to this, there is often an extended timeline from the order date to when the product is shipped out, with these timelines ranging from a couple weeks to several months. In all Group Buys posted here on the site I will include on the order page an estimated timeline for production and shipment.
- You missed your estimated timeline. What’s going on? We provide weekly updates for all group buys, so that customers can stay informed and up to date on the progress. Many times unforeseen issues can occur, which can cause delays.
- Can I get a refund for my Group Buy purchase? I changed my mind. The nature of the GB process means that funds for refunds are not available after submission of the group payment to the manufacturer. Refunds may not be available after submission of your Group Buy order. Refunds will not be available after bulk order submission to the vendor. Refunds may be made available on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Professional packing and fast shipping
We provide a variety of shipping options thanks to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting requirements. Your goods are thoroughly checked and secured properly prior to shipping. Every day, we send thousands of packages to clients across many countries. This shows how we're dedicated to being the largest retailer on the internet. Warehouses and distribution centres can be found in Europe as well as the USA.
Orders with more than 1 item are assigned processing times in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipping the items, our staff will carry out an exhaustive inspection of the products you ordered. Today, the majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we are unable to completely manage it because of the fact that several parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order could be unable to fill after you place the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
