Memberships are subscription based and require recurring payment. Deskhero reserves the right to immediately cancel a membership, at any time without prior notice as a result of any misuse of said membership. Cancellation: Any membership cancellations must be made through your Membership Portal (not just through your Deskhero Account). Cancelling through your Deskhero account will not be recognized/applied and recurring membership costs will continue. All monthly memberships require a minimum of 30 days prior to the next billing date to assure cancellation of automatic payments. Cancellation requests submitted within the 30 day billing cycle will result in a final payment drawn from your account on your established auto draft date. No partial refunds will be made and no refunds will be issued retroactively for any cancellation requests. There will be no refund issued once a payment has been charged to your credit card. If you choose to cancel your membership at any time and return at a later date you will be subject to any rate increases at the time of enrollment.

Our warehouse staff is highly trained to package your goods exactly as per the specifications that we supply. Your items are carefully inspected and secured properly prior to shipping. We ship to thousands of customers every day across different countries. This is a testament to our commitment to be the largest online retailer globally. These warehouses are in Europe in the same way as they are in USA.
Please note that orders with more than one item are processed according to the item.
We will carefully examine all items before sending. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 working days.
Returns
We don't control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. The stock can change at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
